Panforte is a traditional fruit cake from Siena, Tuscany – it’s dense, chewy and sweet and made with nuts, dried fruit and sometimes spices. It’s thought to have been inspired by fruit cakes in ancient Rome.
Nero is made with candied orange and melon, honey, almonds, mixed spices and coated with a blend of clove, cinnamon, cocoa and black pepper. Enjoy after meals with a glass of Vinsanto or Amaretto, with your afternoon coffee, or serve on cheese boards as an accompaniment.

Bonci Cremino with Pistachio Praline 150g (order now, available mid November)
A dense, soft, fudgy chocolate bar made with hazelnut and pistachio paste, sugar, cocoa butter, chopped pistachios, covered with 70% organic dark chocolate and topped with praline pistachio pieces – absolutely delicious.
