Seeing people discover a new favourite cheese never gets old

Last night we hosted another wonderful Cheese & Wine Night, bringing together a room full of curious food and wine lovers for an evening of tasting, learning and conversation.

We explored six artisan cheeses, each carefully paired with premium wines, discussing everything from traditional cheesemaking methods and maturation techniques to flavour profiles and regional specialties.

One of the highlights was sharing some truly exceptional cheeses and seeing the discussions they sparked around the room. It’s always rewarding to watch people discover new favourites and gain a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind every wheel.

Events like these remind me that great cheese is about more than just flavour—it’s about stories, tradition, and bringing people together around the table.
