A dense, soft, fudgy chocolate bar made with hazelnut and pistachio paste, sugar, cocoa butter, chopped pistachios, covered with 70% organic dark chocolate and topped with praline pistachio pieces – absolutely delicious. All chocolates are hand-made in-house at Bonci Pasticerria in Tuscany by master chocolatier Michele Mezzasoma using high quality selected and organic raw materials.

What is Panbriacone? A unique creation from artisan Tuscan bakers Bonci, panbriacone is a delicate, fluffy cake made slowly over 36 hours to create an incredibly soft texture. This one is made with dark chocolate chips and soaked in an alcoholic syrup with espresso coffee – creating a rich, deep flavour.
