Join us as we visit some of our favourite foodie locations in Tuscany, Liguria, Piedmont and Val d’Aosta – home of some of the finest produce in Italy including truffles, creamy cheeses, Barolo wine, rare cheeses, Super Tuscans and Piemontese hazelnuts and chocolates. Spend a day making cheese by hand in the rolling hills of the Langhe-Roero region, learn about different types of truffles, visit regional wineries and artisan producers. You’ll be immersed in the colours, flavours and smells of Italian cuisine!
