What is Panbriacone? Bonci Tronchetto Raspberry and Gin 500g (order now, available mid November)
Panbriacone made with candied raspberries and candied lemon rind, soaked with a sweet gin liqueur. Baked in a loaf (Tronchetto) shape. Panbriacone roughly translates to ‘drunken cake’, it’s a delightfully fluffy cake which is soaked with various liqueurs after baking.

They are dedicated to quality and flavour – all their products are handmade with natural raw materials and preservative free.
