The region of Liguria is home of the famous Taggiasca olives, also known as Ligurian olives, which create a superior quality extra virgin olive oil. This oil is named for the ancient Celtic god of the region called ‘Bormanus’ – guardian of the woods and waters. Honey vinegar is the oldest vinegar known to man: Brezzo honey vinegar combines the values of an antique product with the quality and care of an artisan product. The preparation starts with the fine organic acacia honey which is diluted in water and fermented slowly, dosing the temperature and aeration.
