Agricola Naturalmente Retro Dolcetto Biologico, Piemomte Italy 750ml
Dolcetto wines are known for cherry and licorice with some prune flavours and a slight bitter finish reminiscent of almonds. While the name implies sweetness, the wines are normally dry. The dark purple skin of Dolcetto grapes have high amounts of anthocyanins, which require only a short maceration time with the grape skin to produce a dark coloured wine. The amount of skin to contact affects the resulting tannin levels in the wine, with most winemakers preferring to limit the maceration time to as short as possible.
This winery has obtained a certification for biodynamic production and offers a wine that represents the energy and characteristics of the specific “terroir”
Domaine de Coyeux Muscat, Rhone Valley, France 375ml
Since 1943, only are entitled to the appellation contrôlée «Muscat of Beaumes-de-Venise», the wines coming from the white and black grape variety “Muscat à petits grains”, harvested on a limited territory of the communes of Beaumes-de-Venise and Aubignan.
The respect of the conditions of production (mode of size, yield, natural wealth of sugar and musts, …) makes this wine remarkable. At the foot of the massif des Lace of Montmirail, the Vignerons de Beaumes-de-Venise are the only ones to cultivate this grape in the Rhône Valley.

Pair it with finger food, fried and fish-based main courses or sushi and sashimi.

Picollo Ernesto Gavi 2019
100% Cortese
Gavi is a classification of wine made from the Cortese grape variety. It produces aromatic wines

winery with Gianlorenzo’s parents. Fifteen hectares of Cortese vineyards with vines up to 80 years
old are cultivated by traditional methods, and without the use of chemicals.

Domaine Tempier Rose Bandol, Provence, France
One of the most recognised estates in Bandol, thanks largely to US wine merchant Kermit Lynch, who’s sung its praises since the 70s. Lulu Peyraud, who ran the estate with her the late husband Lucien from the 30s, is still gong strong at 103. Incredible. The rosé is a blend of approximately 55% mourvèdre, 25% grenache and 20% cinsault.
“The Bandol Tempier Rosé offers a unique blend of complexity and freshness. It has a fine structure, with no tannin. The high-quality care given to the vines and the diversity of the terroirs produce a flavorful intensity and a strong typicity.”Winemaker’s notes.

Birra Carru Bogia Nen Saison 330ml
In Piedmontese, Bogia Nen means that it does not move and refers to the passive temperament, but also to the stubbornness, of the inhabitants of the region.
Golden, slightly cloudy, it is a Saison with an original Piedmontese character: all the raw materials are grown and processed without ever moving outside the region. Spicy aromas stand out, while on the palate it wins over for its pungent, dry and thirst-quenching aroma. The body is medium and the foam persistent.
