Green apple and lime zest mix with preserved lemons on the zesty nose; the mouth is clean, crisp and refreshing, with a bit more juice and body, but finishes with a sensation of citrus and salt.

The Ratafia is an historical Abruzzo Liqueur used in ancient times to toast the ratification of official agreements. Ratafia is made with Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes and Amarena cherries. With a 26.5% alcohol volume Ratafia has a full body and warmth to it. Best served chilled and paired with dark chocolate desserts.
The wine finishes fermenting in barrel; Using a combination of new and old French and American oak. A small percentage of cordon cut, vine dried Shiraz is added to the wine prior to bottling.

Pezat is a blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. The wine comes from a specific vineyard called ‘La Plagnolle’ which we converted into a vineyard that would sit happier in the Saint Emilion Appellation than Bordeaux. Vine density was doubled and the height of the original vines was reduced by half. This wine has complex aromas of rose petals and plums follow through to a medium to full body. Round, soft tannins and a savory finish.
A dry Provencal classic made of cinsault with grenache, syrah and merlot too, this is bright and summery with strawberries, pomegranate spritz and richer vanilla aromas. Crunchy-fresh with sour-red grapefruit to start, it then mellows with a creamy edge to the strawberry fruit.
