Brezzo Acacia Honey
Brezzo are Italian honey experts, sourcing a range of specialty honeys from wild flowers and using non-thermal extraction treatments to ensure the honey is treated as gently as possible. This honey is made from acacia flowers in the pristine forest of the Roero and Monferrato, and which only blossom in May and June. It has a light, sweet vanilla flavour and is delicious served with fresh goat's cheese and mild blue. 250g jar.
Marrazzo Apricot Jam 220g
This jam is made with apricots grown and matured in the sunny Vesuvian area, the volcanic soils give it an intense fragrance, the characteristic orange-yellow color and a particular sweetness and fleshiness of the pulp. Try it on sourdough bread and butter or on a perfectly baked fruit tart.

Brezzo Chestnut Honey
Brezzo are Italian honey experts, sourcing a range of specialty honeys from wild flowers and using non-thermal extraction treatments to ensure the honey is treated as gently as possible. This honey is made from chestnut flowers, which only blossom in May and June. It has a strong, aromatic, herbal flavour with a lingering finish and is delicious served with hard, full-flavoured cheeses. 500g jar.
Brezzo Roero Forest Honey
Brezzo are Italian honey experts, sourcing a range of specialty honeys from wild flowers and using non-thermal extraction treatments to ensure the honey is treated as gently as possible. The forest honey, unlike other classic honeys, is not produced from flower nectar but from wild wooded plants. The honey is only harvested in July-August in Piedmont. It has a light amber colour and it's great all-rounder honey. Roero Forest Honey is not too sweet with a nice caramel flavour. 250g jar.
