The Ratafia is an historical Abruzzo Liqueur used in ancient times to toast the ratification of official agreements. Ratafia is made with Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes and Amarena cherries. With a 26.5% alcohol volume Ratafia has a full body and warmth to it. Best served chilled and paired with dark chocolate desserts.

Pale straw. Tropical notes of passionfruit, grapefruit and blackcurrant combine with salty mineral notes. Raboso Piave is the finest indigenous vine of the Treviso district, one of the few native varieties of Veneto to survive the invasion of phylloxera that destroyed Europe’s viticulture in the late 1800s. The wine it produces has a dry, austere taste, fairly hard and sharp. It is aged in casks that blend and heighten the fragrances and flavours of the vine with the pleasant tones of oak. beautiful, high-quality Moscato for any occasion.
Aged 19 months on lees, this dry, stylish Cava is full of white nectarine, honey wafers and green apple. The palate is light, with a fine bead and classic Cava citrus, apple and macadamia fruit characters along a lovely fine palate with shaley earth and waxy florals.
