A dry Provencal classic made of cinsault with grenache, syrah and merlot too, this is bright and summery with strawberries, pomegranate spritz and richer vanilla aromas. Crunchy-fresh with sour-red grapefruit to start, it then mellows with a creamy edge to the strawberry fruit.
Light to medium density with purple edges. Lifted smokey, dark cherry and pastille aromas that keep you returning to smell them. Perfect ‘sweet fruit’ flavours on the initial palate and then a slight maraschino cherry note. Sweet oak and juicy acidity give a long lasting flavour combination.
