Founded in 1877 by Jean Bouillot the estate of Louis Bouillot is a specialist Crémant de Bourgogne producer now run by Jean-Claude Boisset and it produces a range of excellent Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wines from sites across the Côte d’Or.
Gavi is a classification of wine made from the Cortese grape variety. It produces aromatic wines with bright acidity which match incredibly well with seafood. Gavi’s location is quite proximate to the sea, although it’s separated by the Ligurian Alps.

Birra Carrù is an independent craft microbrewery from Piedmont, Italy.
The fruit is sourced from the Astoria estate vineyard “Val de Brun” in the rolling hills of Veneto just north of Venice. Vines are oriented
north-south and west-east with 4,500 stocks per hectare, each averaging 8 to 12 years of age.
Straw yellow in color with very fine and persistent bubbles releasing generous aromas of pear and Golden Delicious apple finishing harmoniously full and creamy.
