Artus is an artistic translation of our local Gin Gin clone into wine. It is a provocative, complex and textural wine exuding the seductive spirit of “old world” chardonnay. The vines have been managed to allow only dappled light into the fruiting zone. This promotes flavor development, low tannins and bright levels of natural acidity. The fruit is farmed in the cool southern end of Margaret River. The tiny 100g Gin Gin clusters are hand harvested at first light to preserve freshness of fruit.
Flavours of fresh nectarines and candied pecan nuts are supported by aromas of poached pears and marzipan.

Raboso is a native grape of the Veneto, whose presence is documented in the Piave from 600, although its cultivation in thenortheast of Italy dates back to before the advent of Rome. In an ancient ampelographic Bulletin of 1885 we read that the ambassadors of the Most Serene Republic of Venice – which concluded its history in 1797 – in honor of England’s most famous characters with a few bottles of Raboso. Vineyard and stages of cultivation: The vineyard consists of old vines grown in Casarsa, is located in the municipality of Tezze di Piave on an alluvial soil, consisting of carry-gravel of the river Piave. From the seventeenth century until 1935, in Carrù there were two famous spinning mills for silkworms. A traditional beer, even beer.
Golden and opalescent, it is an easy to drink Blanche. On the nose, summer scents of orange peel prevail; when tasted, it is the coriander that invades the mouth, closing in a well-balanced finish. The body is velvety, thanks to the wheat, and the persistent foam.

Birra Carrù is an independent craft microbrewery, but above all it is a family.
Dolcetto wines are known for cherry and licorice with some prune flavours and a slight bitter finish reminiscent of almonds. While the name implies sweetness, the wines are normally dry. The dark purple skin of Dolcetto grapes have high amounts of anthocyanins, which require only a short maceration time with the grape skin to produce a dark coloured wine. The amount of skin to contact affects the resulting tannin levels in the wine, with most winemakers preferring to limit the maceration time to as short as possible.
This winery has obtained a certification for biodynamic production and offers a wine that represents the energy and characteristics of the specific “terroir”
Pale straw. Tropical notes of passionfruit, grapefruit and blackcurrant combine with salty mineral notes. The palate is rich and weighty and full of flavours of grapefruit and blackcurrant along with green notes of nettle and capsicum. A subtle sea salt character leads to a long lingering mineral finish.
Fournier Doux (Sweet) Cider offers an amber colour. A delicate and elegant nose, revealing fruity notes and aromas of freshly picked apples. Balanced with a fresh and sweet attack at the same time, this sweet cider is frank and tasty.
Best served chilled, Ideal to accompany desserts and sweet pancakes.
