The truffle cake was created to give a new image to the classic sweet truffle. This dark truffle cake is hand made with 50% premium dark chocolate and 50% IGP hazelnuts and then coated dark cocoa powder. The perfect sweet treat.

All chocolates are hand-made in-house at Bonci Pasticerria in Tuscany by master chocolatier Michele Mezzasoma using high quality selected and organic raw materials.

Panforte is a traditional fruit cake from Siena, Tuscany – it’s dense, chewy and sweet and made with nuts, dried fruit and sometimes spices. It’s thought to have been inspired by fruit cakes in ancient Rome.
Nero is made with candied orange and melon, honey, almonds, mixed spices and coated with a blend of clove, cinnamon, cocoa and black pepper. Enjoy after meals with a glass of Vinsanto or Amaretto, with your afternoon coffee, or serve on cheese boards as an accompaniment.
