This thick and rich sherry vinegar is made with 7 year old Pedro Ximenez. Perfect for dressing salad or with red meat, this vinegar has a deep rich flavour, with an amazing sweet and syrupy finish. Only a few drops are needed lift any dishes.
250ml Jerez Vinegar
This vinegar is obtained from selected wines from small Piedmont wineries. The process is completed in small oak barrels where the vinegar remains further maturing for at least one year. Aging in wood gives the product an amber colour and improve the organoleptic flavours as tannins.
