Vin Santo (pronounced Vin san-toh), which means “holy wine”, has various theories surrounding its origins. One of the most famous stories tells of a Franciscan monk, who would use it to celebrate Holy Mass. Later, it was more-commonly known for its “holy” or curative power regarding the treatment of ailments. Golden amber colour with rich, luminous reflections. Intense and complex bouquet; perfumed with scents of raisins combined with aromas of apricots, figs, dried fruit, wood, and honey fused with aromatic notes of a great personality. Full and warm palate with a velvety texture, sweet delicate notes and an extraordinary finish.
The Ratafia is an historical Abruzzo Liqueur used in ancient times to toast the ratification of official agreements. Ratafia is made with Montepulciano d’Abruzzo grapes and Amarena cherries. Since 1943, only are entitled to the appellation contrôlée «Muscat of Beaumes-de-Venise», the wines coming from the white and black grape variety “Muscat à petits grains”, harvested on a limited territory of the communes of Beaumes-de-Venise and Aubignan.
The respect of the conditions of production (mode of size, yield, natural wealth of sugar and musts, …) makes this wine remarkable. At the foot of the massif des Lace of Montmirail, the Vignerons de Beaumes-de-Venise are the only ones to cultivate this grape in the Rhône Valley.
Gavi is a classification of wine made from the Cortese grape variety. It produces aromatic wines

Pale straw. Tropical notes of passionfruit, grapefruit and blackcurrant combine with salty mineral notes. Artus is an artistic translation of our local Gin Gin clone into wine. It is a provocative, complex and textural wine exuding the seductive spirit of “old world” chardonnay. The vines have been managed to allow only dappled light into the fruiting zone. This promotes flavor development, low tannins and bright levels of natural acidity. The fruit is farmed in the cool southern end of Margaret River. The tiny 100g Gin Gin clusters are hand harvested at first light to preserve freshness of fruit.
Flavours of fresh nectarines and candied pecan nuts are supported by aromas of poached pears and marzipan.

floral notes and the sweet primary grape aromas are translated well onto the palate. Pleasantly
refreshing, with soft notes of orange blossom and honeyed stone fruit with a clean finish. A
beautiful, high-quality Moscato for any occasion.
