Eucalyptus honey is produced primarily from two different plant species: the Eucalyptus camaldulensis (which blooms in July-August) and Eucalyptus occidentals (which blooms in September) from Calabria and Sicily. Eucalyptus honey is an aromatic honey with sweetness and hints of liquorice.

This fig mostarda is a delicious accompaniment for cheese and antipasto platters and pairs especially well with strong hard cheeses and blue vein cheeses. It can also be served with cold meats like ham. Mostarda (also known as Mustard Fruits), are a traditional Italian condiment of preserved fruit in a sweet and savoury mustard syrup.
Panpepato is similar in style to the classic Margherita, but topped with a layer of aromatic spices – cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, mace and coriander, which create a warm, rich flavour to balance the sweet fruit and honey flavours.
