Turanici smooth Penne are 45 mm long and 8,5 mm wide. Their cooking time is between 7 and 9 minutes.
The Turanici line pasta is made from turanicum wheat (triticum turgidum subspecie turanicum, more commonly known as T. Turanicum) from certified organic agriculture harvested annually in the fields surrounding the heart of Le Marche region, Italy.
Super-smooth, sweet and a little bit addictive, this is an artisan pistachio spread from Sicily. Slather it generously on toast, use it as a quick icing for cup cakes or home-made ice-creams and the perfect cream centre for sponge cakes.

This honey is made from acacia flowers in the pristine forest of the Roero and Monferrato, and which only blossom in May and June. It has a light, sweet vanilla flavour and is delicious served with fresh goat's cheese and mild blue. 250g jar.
Crisp pears and the gentle, warming spice of cinnamon – this jam is a great accompaniment for your favourite cheese, and works particularly well with sheep’s milk cheeses such as Pecorino and sweet, nutty cheeses like Gruyère and Appenzell. Or simply enjoy it on bread with some farmhouse butter.
Hafod has all the characteristic of a true artisan cheese. Crafted on Bwlchwernen Fawr, a 130-acre organic farm situated on the west Welsh country side by Sam and Rachel Holden, the cheese is only made from their herd of 80 Ayrshire cows. In the dairy industry, their herd set as a small dairy, but it's well valued for the high quality of cheese produced.
With only 200kg of cheese produced a day, or 11 and 15 wheels, each wheels is matured for a minimum of 16 months.
Made on the traditional cheddar recipe, however Hafod has a sweet, buttery nutty taste from the Swiss breed of Ayrshire cows, and reflect the “terroir” of the pastures and soil from the farm.

One of our best sellers! This jam brings together the delicious pairing of fresh, juicy strawberries with sweet, syrupy balsamic vinegar. It works well with soft, creamy cheeses like our Mixed Milk Robiola and hard, bitey cheeses – it’s a must with our mature Comté. Some of our customers tell us they also enjoy it on ice-cream and even use it in salad dressings!
This tomato passata is made from organically grown tomatoes near Lucca in Tuscany. The fragrance of organic, ripe tomatoes is unmistakable and it brings a fresh taste to any dish. It can be used as a base for a pasta sauce or a ragú. It is perfect on pizza, and adds depth to tomato soup, and even a Bloody Mary.
Freschissima Passata is made with the freshest possible tomatoes. It is a beautifully simple product. The best varieties of tomatoes are harvested in mid to late summer, when they are perfectly ripe and sweet. Within 24 hours of picking, they are washed several times and hand-selected for production. The tomatoes are crushed and the uncooked pulp is lightly salted. Mamma Renza picks fresh basil every hour and it is immediately added to the pulp. The passata is then hand-bottled and sealed.
The King of Cheeses – a great Parmigiano Reggiano like this is a kitchen staple. Our reggiano from Cantarelli is sweet and savoury with a well-balanced bite. It also has an amazing texture – crumbly and flaky, but still incredibly moist – the result of aging in the family’s naturally ventilated cheese caves, used since the 1800’s for maturing Parmigiano Reggiano. Aged for 36 months and certified organic don’t let a single gram go to waste, grate on pasta or use the rind to flavour soups and stocks. Each wedge comes freshly sliced off the block wrapped in wax paper and sealed to protect the cheese from oxidisation.

This multi-award winning cheese is recognised as one of Australia’s best. It is hand-made by Carla Meurs and Ann-Marie Monda with 100% organic milk from their own herd of dairy goats. The fresh, clean, citrus flavours of the goat’s milk shine through and there is a subtle nutty note from the wrinkly white rind. The texture is smooth and velvety made in a baby barrel shape.
