What is Panbriacone? A unique creation from artisan Tuscan bakers Bonci, panbriacone is a delicate, fluffy cake made slowly over 36 hours to create an incredibly soft texture, then soaked with liqueur. It’s typically enhanced with all sorts of delicious additions – this unique version is made with generous chunks of candied peach and soaked with a decadent red wine liqueur.
