Domaine de Coyeux Muscat, Rhone Valley, France 375ml
Since 1943, only are entitled to the appellation contrôlée «Muscat of Beaumes-de-Venise», the wines coming from the white and black grape variety “Muscat à petits grains”, harvested on a limited territory of the communes of Beaumes-de-Venise and Aubignan.
The respect of the conditions of production (mode of size, yield, natural wealth of sugar and musts, …) makes this wine remarkable. At the foot of the massif des Lace of Montmirail, the Vignerons de Beaumes-de-Venise are the only ones to cultivate this grape in the Rhône Valley.

St Michael Eppan Pinot Bianco Sudtirol, Trentino-Alto-Adige, Italy
Pinot blanc, South Tyrol’s most important grape variety, has awakened from its slumber and has evolved a calling-card wine for the region. Schulthauser, having been vinified and bottled for the first time in 1982, is the consummate South Tyrolean Pinot blanc. This wine isn’t ostentatious, but is the consummate fresh-and-fruity Pinot blanc, the enjoyment of which is found both in its creamy softness and its lively acidity.
A premium aperitif and summer wine, it is also quite versatile when it comes to food pairing: it goes well not only with seafood and fish but also with delicate dishes made with wild fowl. It is especially recommended as an accompaniment to South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen.

Domaine Naturaliste Artus Chardonnay, Margaret River, WA
Artus is an artistic translation of our local Gin Gin clone into wine. It is a provocative, complex and textural wine exuding the seductive spirit of “old world” chardonnay. The vines have been managed to allow only dappled light into the fruiting zone. This promotes flavor development, low tannins and bright levels of natural acidity. The fruit is farmed in the cool southern end of Margaret River. The tiny 100g Gin Gin clusters are hand harvested at first light to preserve freshness of fruit.
Flavours of fresh nectarines and candied pecan nuts are supported by aromas of poached pears and marzipan.

Fresh and fruity, a nose with aromas of slightly cooked pears, combining acidity and fruity. Ideal for your aperitif moments with friends and desserts. Blend of sweet/sour pears.
This beautiful cider is truly a traditional French Cider. Lower in alcohol levels than most Australian ciders, you’ll find this smoother to drink.
