This Blu Di Capra is made by Alta Langa – in Bosia on a site classed world heritage territory by UNESCO. The paste is white with strong blue vein. The texture is light and can be crumbed easily for cooking. Served on a cheese platter, it pairs well with honey and rosemary flat crisp bread. It has a smooth and light texture on the palate with a tangy and lactic finish.

Mila Alta Badia
A classic mountain cheese made with whole milk from local farms in the lush mountainous region of Alto-Adige. Alta Badia has a smooth texture and slightly savoury, spicy, nutty flavour which is rich but certainly not strong – it is a little reminiscent of a gruyère, but the texture is a little softer. It is aged for 6 months.

Named after famous French gastronome and avid cheese-lover Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, this cheese is pure indulgence without being over the top. Under the thin, white rind the triple cream interior has a soft, whipped texture and a rich flavour with a light, lingering finish. Like other double and triple creams, it does have added salt, but it is very subtle on the finish.

Manchego Artesano 12months PDO
Manchego is Spain’s best-known sheep’s milk cheese and has official DOP status. This raw milk farmhouse version is matured for a minimum of 12 months creating a firm, compact texture. The flavour is smooth with a grassy sweetness and a slightly oily finish with hints of creamy Brazil nuts in the background. Enjoy with a glass of Tempranillo.

Rosso Cremoso di Bufala
We source this cheese directly from a farmhouse buffalo dairy we found on our travels in Northern Italy – they make cheese each day with milk from their own herd. Rosso is a bit like a buffalo milk version of Taleggio – a pungent, savoury rind on the outside and a creamy, semi-firm texture inside with a beautiful sweet finish thanks to the rich buffalo milk – delicious on cheese or antipasto platters and paired with a glass of Pinot Grigio or Pinot Noir.

Montasio Stravecchio Dop
Montasio is the most famous mountain cheese from the north-eastern Italian region of Friuli.
