Terre Bormane Aceto Balsamico Aged 12 years D.O.P 100ml
It is made from grape ‘must’, cooked, then matured using a slow acetification process, triggered by natural fermentation and gradually evaporated over years of ageing in barrels of different kinds of wood. No aromatic substances area added. Thick like syrup, it is shiny and dark brown in colour, with a characteristic fragrance, complex and penetrating, and a harmonious acidity. A traditional, inimitable bittersweet flavour is well balanced with velvety overtones. Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena is an absolutely unique product, available in two varieties differentiated on the basis of the age: 12 and 25 years. It is used to season boiled fresh vegetables, in meat stew and to complete the preparation of meat, fish, cheese or fruit.
