The extra virgin olive oil “Le Barche” comes from an olive grove recalls its splendid location overlooking the sea. The century-old olive trees of the Taggiasca variety grow on these ancient terraces and benefit from a unique climate, a drip irrigation system and an ideal exposure to sunlight, that are fundamental factors to obtain a “great extra-virgin olive oil”. Stefano Guasco is the creator of this new product introduced by Terre Bormane: all the exceptional taste qualities of the Taggiasca extra-virgin olive oil are concentrated in the limited production of numbered bottles.
