Panbriacone translates to “drunk cake”. This Panettone like cake is candied fruit free – The naturally leavened cake is filled with local raisins and Corinthian grapes then soaked in an alcoholic syrup with Passito sweet dessert wines. The Bonci family are specialist artisan bakers for over 50 years in Tuscany Italy. Packaged in a beautiful box and available in different sizes.
