‘We’ is Formaggi Ocello, ‘You’ is the customer.
By placing an order via the Formaggi Ocello online store, you are accepting the following Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to make changes to our product range, product information, prices, delivery charges and terms and conditions at any time.
If you are purchasing a Gift Voucher please note the specific additional Terms and Conditions applying to gift vouchers below.
Any alcoholic products offered for sale by Formaggi Ocello may only be purchased by people 18 years and older.
The following products need to be refrigerated immediately upon arrival: all cheeses and dairy products; TartufLanghe Truffle Perlage; any chocolate-based confectionery.

All prices listed on the Formaggi Ocello website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Product prices shown on the Formaggi Ocello website do not include shipping.
Some of our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices listed include all applicable taxes.
Please note, in some product images additional items have been used as props or for display which are not included in the purchase price.

We ship only to addresses within Australia.
All orders attract a flat rate of $16.50 shipping, including GST.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during working hours via Australia Post. We make no guarantees about expected delivery times, including Christmas orders.
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Ensure all billing and delivery details are correct when you place your order, we do not accept any responsibility for delays or product spoilage as a result of incorrect delivery details.
Please try to select a delivery address where someone will be there to receive the parcel during business hours. If there is no-one available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave the parcel in the most suitable place possible within the property. If no suitable place can be found, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a delivery card left in your mailbox. Please endeavour to collect the parcel as soon as you can, especially if you have ordered perishable items such as cheese.
It can take between 2 and 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered.
To ensure delivery the same week as you order, please note the following cut-off times:
For regional areas: Monday midday | For Metro areas: Tuesday midday

Your order must be received by the close of business Friday 16th December 2011 for dispatch on Monday 19th December 2011. This will be the final day we dispatch any pre-Christmas order.

Please check all items in your parcel carefully upon arrival. If a product has been damaged during transit, is faulty or in any other way damaged or inedible we will be happy to replace it or refund you, provided you contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone 02 9357 7878. We do not issue refunds or credits if you change your mind or order an incorrect product.

Formaggi Ocello gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Extensions to expiry date will not be granted under any circumstances.
The gift voucher is like cash – we cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen.
Gift voucher must be used in single transaction, no change will be given.
Gift voucher can only be used in store at Formaggi Ocello – we cannot accept gift vouchers as payment for online orders.
Gift Vouchers purchased online cannot be used to book into Cheese & Wine nights at Formaggi Ocello.
