Rosso di Langa
The combination of cow and sheep milk creates a unique flavour – rich and luscious with a mouth-filling creaminess. The texture is incredibly smooth and creamy and oozes seductively at room temperature. Rosso di Langa is a very mild washed rind, with only a hint of pungency coming from the rosy orange rind. This cheese is named after the province where it is made – ‘Langa’ (or Langhe in English), an area famous for its range of wine, white truffles, black truffles and amazing produce.
