Small Cow Farm Fettice (fetta)
This is an outstanding locally-made fetta that has won a Gold medal at the Sydney Royal Cheese show for the last 2 years running. It is relatively mild in flavour, with a light salty tang balanced by an underlying creaminess in the cheese. Each piece is imprinted with a cute cow pattern – serve it whole on antipasto platters and drizzle with olive oil. Made with non-animal rennet.
