This EVOO is made using a special selection of olives collected from the Roi- Gaaci olive grove in Badalucco. The Roi-Gaaci olive grove is located at 500 meters above sea level. The olives are selected for this oil when 40% are green, 50% undergoing maturation and 10% are black. Tones of dried fruit and an aroma of green apple peel enrich the sweet oil.
Located in the Valley Argentina, Linguria Italy, the Boeri family has been producing Olive Oils only from Taggiasca Olives for four generations. Using traditional techniques, the olives are gently cold pressed using a granite millstone. D.O.P certified.
