A whole Black Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), preserved to guarantee maximum flavour. TartufLanghe are based in Piedmont, a region famous for truffles, and they have decades of experience in making truffle products (verging on ‘truffle worship’ we reckon). This whole truffle makes a fantastic gift for any truffle-lover, or keep it on hand to add a touch of truffle to your favourite dishes. There’s a small amount of brine in the bottom of jar, a result of the preserving process.
